Nicole Vickery - Executive Director | President

Nicole Vickery begins her second decade in the non-profit sector and continues her four year service as Producer and Executive Producer of the film, Silent Cries: Breaking Through CHD Awareness, in addition to several Board positions, most recently Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA), as well as holding the office of Secretary on their Executive Committee.
Previously, Ms. Vickery was Board Chair and Executive Director of the SCORE Chapter in the Huntsville, AL area, the two years prior to her most recent open-heart surgery as a Tetralogy of Fallot repair patient. In February 2015, she underwent her fourth surgery to replace her pulmonary valve for the second time, using an experimental “Melody” Valve implanted in the Cath Lab via the femoral artery. In January 2017, she began producing and co-hosting a podcast for the Adult Congenital Heart Community, and she is her healthiest in 20 years.
Ms. Vickery has an extensive background, varied career experiences in both commercial real estate banking and government contracting as well as public relations and customer service. Additionally, her expertise in budgeting, event coordination, managing both commercial and government contracts as well as intellectual property management leads her to various consulting projects; she has also counseled start-up non-profits and assisted in procuring SBA loans. Nicole attended the University of South Alabama, majoring in Business Finance and minoring in Public Relations. She resides in Huntsville and devotes her time to CHD education through public speaking engagements, the use of social media, book publications, and film production. She has one daughter, adopted from China in 1996 (a Graduate of the University of South Alabama), and her second daughter, adopted from India in 2000, passed away in August 2000 at 13 months of complications from Cerebral Palsy.
Phillip Wolf - Vice President | Creative Director

Phillip Wolf serves as the Creator, Producer, and Director of the film, Silent Cries: Breaking Through CHD Awareness. Wolf graduated in video production with honors from The Art Institute of Dallas in 2008. His digital video production exhibition background includes several short films, including the award-winning Silent Cries pilot episode (2012); corporate profile, training and mentoring videos; casting sessions and production assistant roles for HGTV's My First Place; and has produced over 100 real estate virtual tours for apartment homes across the nation.
Wolf is a father to a child who lost the battle to CHD (1999-2000), which influenced him to pursue the production of Silent Cries: Breaking Through CHD Awareness and other CHD film related projects. He is the author of Jeremiah the CHD Aware Bear and Friends (Silent Cries, 2015), a storybook for children touched by CHDs.
Phillip is married to his gorgeous wife, Patience, and they have two beautiful healthy daughters, Destiny and Angelina.
Patience Wolf - Co-Producer
Vice President of Wolf Entertainment Productions, Inc.
Patience serves as Co-Producer of the film, Silent Cries: Breaking Through CHD Awareness. Wolf received her education at Brookhaven College in accounting. She is currently VP Business Control Specialist with Bank of America and manages several remediation's and ticket requests daily. Her position has educated her in financial management and loan approval processes as well as staying ahead of the game in a stress-related environment.
Patience has also been a certified Massage Therapist, a Patient Representative with PrimaCare Medical Center, and a Service Supervisor for Safeway, Inc.
David Franco - Director of Research | Fundraising
David Franco serves as Co-Producer of the film, Silent Cries: Breaking Through CHD Awareness. Franco was born in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY and underwent open heart surgery simultaneously with a pacemaker implant as a child. Not letting his heart slow him down, Franco is a CHD Warrior who dedicates his time volunteering within the CHD community and church.
Franco also co-hosts a podcast for Adult CHD Warriors. He is active in sports [basketball], running road races, and many social activities, including singing and playing guitar. Additionally, he has experience in computer coding which he studied at Springfield College in Massachusetts.
In 1993, Franco underwent a second open heart surgery to replace his pulmonary valve, but he suffered a stroke under anesthesia which would require him to undergo long months of therapy and rehabilitation before relearning his old skill set.
David Franco is a proud husband and a father to a heart healthy daughter.
